Payments can be made in cash, via MobilePay, or by card:

Bookings
All reservations require prepayment. This applies to bookings made by phone, email, or in person. Payment for the entire stay is due upon arrival. This booking cannot be changed or canceled.
Room Cancellation
Bookings for rooms with or without breakfast can be canceled free of charge until 4:00 PM local time, 7 days before the arrival date. If the room is canceled after 4:00 PM local time, or if the guest does not show up, we will charge for the entire stay.
Complaints
If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact SleepOrup. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to:
